Copyright and Intellectual Property Agent for Notice

DoMyWeb respects the intellectual property of others, and we ask our users to do the same. DoMyWeb may, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who may be infringing the intellectual property rights of others.

If you believe that your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have been otherwise violated, please provide the following information to us. A United States Post Office Address is located at the end of this document.

A physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright or other intellectual property interest; including ALL documents that the copyright is registered with the United States Copyright office in the United States.

A description of the copyrighted work or other intellectual property that you claim has been infringed;

A description of where the material that you claim is infringing is located (e.g. Site Name, Domain Name, Message Board Name) ;

Your address, Telephone number ( NO VOICE MAIL BOXES OR ANSWERING SERVICES ), and email address;

A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright or intellectual property owner, its agent, or the law;

A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your Notice is accurate and that you are the copyright or intellectual property owner or authorized to act on the copyright or intellectual property owner's behalf. If the Copyright belongs to another person or a company, YOU MUST provide a signed statement from that company officer with your statements, Your Federal ID Number ( To prove that you are a REGISTERED company ) all on company letterhead with a Legal Street Address, and Telephone Number of the Officer.

Due to the amount of phone calls that we receive on a daily basis along with several legal issues, we are not permitted to process any copyright infringement over the telephone.

We do not accept Copyright Infringement details via our fax. Again, this is a legal issue as we can not accept any photocopied signature.

Our Response to You:

DoMyWeb will respond to your request within thirty to ninety days ( depending on workload ) after receiving your request via the following methods: (A) Regular U.S. Mail (B) Electronic Mail (C) Telephone (Provided that we speak DIRECTLY with the person(s) involved with the copyright issue)

Monitoring and Recording

All Phone calls in and out of our office are recorded and may be monitored by a supervisor or management at anytime. DoMyWeb uses CallerID to track all calls. If your phone number is blocked your call will be accepted, but you will not be able to speak with anyone until all call information that is required. ( Name, Address, City/State/Zip, and a call back number ) When all information is received a verified, you will receive a COLLECT CALL back to verify the call. Once all information is again verified a representative from DoMyWeb will call you back at our expense.
